500 Nightmare matches for the community challenge??

 

Perhaps an indicator they know we like to solo the challanges so they said, "Solo this." Except they laced that with colorful metaphors, as Spock and Kirk would argue about.

So I have to play 10 Perilous games...are you forreal...I guess it's better than threatening and I'll "hopefully" be getting double XP.

 

And those 10 games don't count towards the community? I know its not a high number for the NM completions. But, I doubt the average player is going to contribute at all. They have to get 10 completions at a different difficulty. The public NM games will be few and far between.

...well at least there's double exp. I suppose he could have been referring to the Nightmare community challenge, which will certainly require more leveling and promotes for the average player.

Make a new lobby if that doesn't work then restart origin (or game if you are a console peasant)

Great idea putting the weekend personal challenge as perilous matches and then combining that with double xp.  Every perilous match so far has been me basically soloing while 3 undergeared scrubs watch from the fade.

As a nightmare virgin, do y'all think it would be acceptable (just for this challenge) to run Saara and camp in the font rooms? I have very few promotes, I think 20/26/22 maybe, but I do have Heart of Pride and barrier ring. I don't want to make the matches any harder with my constant death as I can't imagine that I can take a hit at NM level but I'd like to contribute if possible.

I have very few promotes, I think 20/26/22 maybe, but I do have Heart of Pride and barrier ring. I don't want to make the matches any harder with my constant death as I can't imagine that I can take a hit at NM level but I'd like to contribute if possible.

If you have those and the passive you are going to genrage loads of exp spamming that barrier.

You could also try Athlok Burst BarrierX2 and see how you get on. Some DPS and barrier all round.

Just carefully move with the group, turtle up nearby and do wild magic or whatever in the first move, Rings or whatever in the second, (really suggest Rings, it will make your job and everyone's nearby, much easier) and Barriers in the third. Any group that has a constant barrier generator should prioritize keeping you alive. The Sara has ton of potential to aid the team in more ways than barrier.

Don't be afraid to mix it up, and don't be afraid to fail! One or two failed runs will help you figure the whole thing out, slow it down a bit. Also, maybe see if there is some BSN'er on your system (I'm the Xbox One) who would be willing to help you out and show you the ropes. And have fun!

If you are on PC feel free to add me (ign same as in here) if you see that someone has a huge health pool don't be afraid to hide behind them so they take the shots (I do it with a couple people and they know it) just make sure it won't kill them (unless that is the plan lol)
