I downloaded the stone prisoner while from this page: http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/DLC while waiting for a Dragon Age reinstall. I had redeemed my code for it the first time I installed the game and had played it successfully many times. Now it shows up in the 'installed content' tab but there's no sign of it in-game.

I would just uninstall it and try again through the game interface, but my internet monthly allowance is nearly up and I've got a good stretch ahead before it resets, so I was wondering: Is there a way to fix this?

I downloaded the content in good faith and the Wikia page does say that it won't work if you don't have legitimate access to it, which I do (I double checked on the redeemed content page on this site).

So you don't see Sulcher's Pass on the World Map? Do you find crystals for Shale as loot? Finding the crystals is a good sign that its installed, and just needs to be fixed.

The support say that they have entered the stone prison ingame but I cannot get it though I have sulcher pass on the map but it will still want me download it again

Without knowing full details of your situation (which many will assume you have tried the various stickies and stuff) anything I write will be just speculation.

Though EA support may have added the Stone Prisoner to your account, it doesn't mean it's been downloaded and installed to your system and game. That would be the first thing to do. Check your registered game promotions, you should be able to download it there.

I'm afraid you will have to be more clear (and see the read first thread pinned to the top of this forum for posting instructions). Please include if the DLC is listed as installed and enabled in your Installed Content menu and if it is authorizing correctly.
