The question isn't really which weapons you should use, because you can overcome poor or mediocre aim with the use of powers. Sabotage, Energy Drain, Reave, shoot a prox mine at their feet, overload, Stasis, or Sub-Net anything before you shoot at it and rely on the stagger to land your shots. Stasis in particular (I see you have the Asari Adept and Vanguard both) basically freezes an enemy for several seconds. To get the most out of those powers, use lightweight weapons that allow for quicker recharges (but generally, if your CDs sit at around 100% you should be good to go for most kits).
Weapons that don't require precision

Falcon doesn't require any ability to aim, but you should bring a pistol or something too for the big'uns like atlas' and primes.

Going with caster builds works fine. A lot of the learning curve there is learning to use your weapon effectively, even with a power focus, so aiming can still be an issue.
The Acolyte, Scorpion and Venom all work by shooting projectiles which then hit for an AoE effect (which typically primes multiple enemies if the ammo type meets the appropriate defense.) These will all benefit from a few moments to aim, but precision is less important than with most hitscan weapons.
The GPS might work out well for you. If you charge the shot and take a moment to aim, you can get a red reticle which will indicate that the three GPS projectiles will use a minor homing effect on the target. It doesn't guarantee a hit, by any means, but it will go a long way to making more of your carefully aimed distance shots land. A fully charged GPS shot also does pretty decent damage, and interacts well with several different powers, once you get used to using it.

You have a few decent spray-and-pray weapons- just equip the Spitfire or Hurricane and shoot in enemies' general direction... Reegars good too, get 3 cm from the enemy's face (pretty much its effective range anyways) and its hard to miss

I generally have the same problem as the OP on PC, so the helpful responses here are interesting. I may try it out the next time I get the chance.
So to sum it up...
Acolyte (which I use a lot)
Adas (which was pretty awesome)
Falcon (which I never use)
Venom (which I never use)
Krysae (which I never use)

I'm going to quote the thing that (imho) best describes a weapon you don't have to have much precision with.
Human Vanilla Adept
Weapons, if you can handle charge weapons, use the Arc Pistol. If not, Mattock is a good choice at this stage. CSMG is a good option too.
Scorpion or Falcon if you're wanting a stagger-stick instead but you're putting a lot of your damage on powers and those aren't always available. (Either because you just got hit by bees, or you're facing an enemy that can become immune to power damage)
***
Single Target:
Singularity
Warp
Biotic Explosion
Warp
Singularity detonates Warp into another Biotic Explosion.
***
AoE
Singularity - Trying to get multiple people in it.
Shockwave
Lots of Biotic Explosions!
Warp a leftover if needed, the detonation of Singularity might catch em into another...Biotic Explosion.
***
Shoot between powers and when available, but you never want to fire your weapon and take damage that shieldgate's you into having to stay behind cover and mess up the timing on your Biotic Explosion. If you can get away with the shot take it, but you want those rotations going off whenever possible.
Singularity by itself can often eliminate weaker enemies as well as just being a big AoE damage for a while. Don't be afraid to caste it somewhere you think enemies might be likely to come if you have the chance.
Cheers.

I tried the Falcon and the striker again today due to this thread. Admittedly I only have level 1, but they both seemed to do crap damage though yes not to hard to hit with.. I think I preferred the striker as it had a much bigger clip and magazine and so I felt free to unload on enemies making up for the crap base damage. I had to carry wave 10 with it(and 4 missiles while doing the final device) on my BatSent and it mostly worked out. Kinda slow, but you can hit around corners a bit with the AoE.
I have trouble with the Adas, any techniques with it or tricks?

On Adas, I usually slap a scope on it. Hold the fire button and adjust aim while holding right click. Then, cloak if you have tactical cloak for damage bonus beyond the first shot (you don't decloak if you start Tactical Cloak while the Adas is firing).

Is this an alt. 83 hours after 6+months seems kinda low. I mean if I were playing that infrequently I'd suck even more than I do at shooting. Play more often, use guns with lots of bullets so you can correct while firing. Eventually get better.
I first started playing MP in August 2014. I have a job where I have no internet access for about half the year, so I've played off and on for about 6 months. Several of those included taking care of mini Saikyo-san after she was born, thus the fairly low number of hours played. I'll have regular net access over the winter and should be playing regularly. Again, I extract regularly on Gold but nearly always finish last, so I'm either improving (Silver used to be impossible for me) or just benefiting from lobbies full of superior players (yes).
Have been using the Kroldier with the Spitfire I and a scope/stability mod; that's been helpful for learning to point the bullet stream at the bad guys.
And... I just unlocked the Reegar and haven't used it yet. I've heard it's great on the Valkyrie with fitness/damage builds. May try going with this setup tonight.

Bush job?
I did work up north (I live in Canada) that was the opposite, had to wait for the lakes to freeze to do mineral surveys on em.

Once you have access to more stable play times this should improve. Until then I'd focus on powers and auto fire guns that can have visible shots.

OP, this is an easy fix. Here's your solution:
