Can't figure out what I did wrong but the romance between Miranda and Ashely doesn't come out and the Krogan is not wrex it wreav can some one help me out

Try using gibbed save editor.

First, you have to tell us your situation first. What are you using? Did you make your Shepard directly from the editor?

Yes I did .i didn't play any mass effect game before but after see the story I wanted to try it out

So you have ME3 without having played ME1 or 2 before?

Then you will get Wreav instead of Wrex. That's the state of the non-imported game.

If you did not import from ME2 you cannot romance Miranda as it needs to continue from there, but Ash should be possible later on.

If you want Miranda as a romance, then you should (or play from ME1, it's a great game and your choices will impact the other games as well, plus you'll get to know Wrex there).

Or if you're on PC you can edit your save game for ME3 like von uber already said

You should stop playing and play from me1.

I agree with von uber.
But if you really don't want to play the first two games, what you are trying to do is harder than it may seem.
It would be easier for you to go here:
http://www.masseffect2saves.com/
And get someone's ME2 save that romanced Miranda.
Edit it with Gibbed ME2 editor.
Then follow the instructions in the "Mass Effect 2 import walkthrough" on that page.

Never start a Shepard from the Save Editor. You have to start one in the game first and then edit. Some flags can only be completely change though values.
