Last night a gold game was lost when host was lost, and my connection to the server was lost. Probably the EA servers dropped us all. So I exited and quit.

Tonight I open the game and got a cloud sync error. I chose to use the cloud data instead of my computer data, maybe a mistake. When I got into the game, I got a message that EA was unable to authorize the ME3:Earth DLC, and I needed to "login to Alliance Network with the account used to buy the DLC". But I am logged in as that account. When I check the downloadable content, it shows I already own the Earth DLC. But the acolyte and other weapons from that DLC are missing.

How do I get this fixed? I need to get the game to recognize that I own the DLC.

Inb4 "Working as intended".

On topic: have you tried "repair game" in Origin (judging from op's signature, you're playing on pc)?

Restart the game. Your cloud data or local data has nothing to do with your entitlements. Sometimes the game does not authorize properly.

If it did the DLC would be mega easy to pirate.

Or, just download WarrantyVoider's .dlls that bypasses Origin's DLC checker. Had to do that when one of my mods wouldn't properly pass the DLC checker normally after a repair.

is normal free DLC say "login to Alliance Network with the account used to buy the DLC" It is quite frustrating at times, but you can "fixed" easily

Yep, but it was the cut out content to the Extended Cut DLC, and so, it wasn't native to Origin, therefore, it wouldn't properly pass the checker after the repair.
