I just looked at my other email and it says i can delete that account and when i went to edit my info it gave me the option to change my email so i wonder if it is possible to just delete the new one and change the email on my old one to the right one though instead of deleting the old one

If you've put the codes in on this account (which you said wasn't linked to your xbl account) you are screwed. Your codes will not work anymore. Same thing happened to me with my inferno armor. Thankfully with my blood dragon and CE armor I made an account on bioware social with the SAME EMAIL i used to register for xbl.

well, there is your problem.... they all have to match. Which is stupid IMO!

They should do it like every other game and let us input codes in the game's menus.

So, I'd tell you to find out what your email is on EA and make a new account on here with that email and then put in the codes... but since you've used the codes. I don't think there is anything you can do.

what the ****, disconnected from page, logged off account, and now when i enter login info it just freezes the page



my god its one ****ing problem after another



if i do somehow miraculously change my email to that of my bioware one, it will show i have the content, but how do i actually unlock it? i dont see an option to log onto ea account on ME2, and i already used my cerberus code obviously

Well, you're just supposed to restart your 360 after you've "redeemed the code" on bioware social. It should show up in the dlc section.

this is beyond ridiculous, what the **** am i supposed to do? i cant have them do something even as simple as change my email because they have literally ZERO AGENTS ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT (****ing bot even said it on phone after a 2 hour wait) DURING WORK HOURS, i cant change it myself, and it wont let me log on from the game.



so i just ****ing wasted $ for my CE content, cerberus network, and terminus ****, + 2 days trying to work this **** out, and now i either cant do ANYTHING about it or need to spend another $15 for cerberus and just forget about all my preorder and CE content. **** YEA, MASS EFFECT 2!

yes thats how it would work but it does not ask me to log onto EA in ME2 like its supposed to, and the only thing in my DLC section is buying cerberus AGAIN. so its basically "BUY EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN OR GTFO"

i cant possibly be calm about the fact that i have wasted literally 2 whole days and $30 for something that should be working, while being dropped by their customer support every single time, for something that TAKES 2 SECONDS TO FIX. all they need to do is let me change my ****ing email, thats it, its not my fault that dragon age forced me to make a new account when i already had a gamertag registered.

I what you feel ultima VII i just feel like going up to EA just Spartan kicking someone in the ****ing face. They are a bunch of ****** people who try to do stuff to make things "simpler" and just end up ****ing it up. I'm glad Rockstar hasn't sold there rights to them like EA wanted and i hope it stays that way. EA is just a stupid ass company that i never even really liked and now they are buying off every good franchise

ok so i changed my email on the account, now my bioware and ea account share the same email...



so why the **** isnt my gamertag in my bioware profile? wtf, i finally change my email and now it isnt recognizing my gamertag?



please tell me theres something i can do now

I'm still trying to change mine it still says The EA account (email address) you entered is already in use.

I think i might have to wait even longer to do this because there system is slow or something. You might have to wait a while too for the stupid ass thing to update

Post in the thread that horseman mentioned. It might take a few hours (or even overnight) but they will link your XBL gamertag to your main EA account. Your best bet is to use this account as your main account.

EDIT: It works, promise. I couldn't get through with EA's chat either but while I was waiting a mod PMed me and let me know that my gamertag had been associated with my main EA account. So try that out.
