I've noticed on more than one occasion elemental mines as bugged.
With throw everything toggled on I'll sometimes be given the large mine and with the other one toggled I'll sometimes not get the large mine.
I've noticed it on both varric and quizzy.

Yeah I notice this bug mainly happens if I switch characters. It's like the AI switches to the other version of the upgrade for some reason. Extremely annoying.

My problem is seeing it hit for 1s

I'm having the issue of where my elemental mines are flying into the air instead of rolling out on the ground in front of me. Which means they do nothing. Very, very aggravating. I've also seen the one big mine get thrown out when I have the throw many toggled. I hope they fix this soon.

it's happenening now on Varric but it never happened in my previous game when i controlled Varric by myself
