That's Wavebend's payment for doing all this sweet stuff for the PC players. Bioware couldn't pay him in real money, so they gave him 10 million gold as compensation.

But he tests stuff for this game, trust me, he is the farthest from a cheater you will find. He is looking for ways to help the community have more fun. So that means testing some "taboo" things (as in the sense if things people see as cheating).
