You know that sound you hear when you get hit by something while you have elusive coin(s)?
Well, that's the exact same sound you hear when hit under the Saarebas Lightning glyph.
Yesterday, I played a Duelist and when the Saarebas put the Lightning glyph on me, I got a free elusive coin. Which confirms that glyph uses the same mechanic.
Now my next question was: Does it give you 1 elusive coin every 10 seconds???
Pretty sure by now you want the answer

Ok, I won't make you wait too long...
You do get the first free elusive while the glyph is cast, but that's it. You don't get a free elusive coin after 10 seconds even if you don't have any elusive coin at that point.
Although, and this is only from quick observation which isn't as "reliable" as I'd like, it seems that sometimes I get a free elusive coin while generating them.
For example, sometime I get 2 elusive coins for 1 Ambush. At first, I thought that I hit 2 enemies and that was the reason, but I also got 2 elusive coins from time to time by hitting only 1 enemy.
It seems related to timing, like being hit at the same time you generate your elusive coin. It's like the hit is registered, the 10 second cooldown is triggered right after so I get 1 elusive coin and Ambush generate 1 more, which makes 2. It's really about timing, you won't get 2 elusive coins every time, but it did happen to me often enough that I could see it in action about a dozen time during a match.
As I said, I'm not convinced that's exactly what happens, it looks like it's what happens but I can't confirm it because of my lack of data.
