Fire Base Glacier. Small cramped easily over ran. And that dame seeker swarm screwing you over.
My favorite would have to be Vancouver
Debate, discuss, and drama away.

B/c it's not Condor or Rio
I don't know, I don't like it much.
My favourite is Dagger. You can't beat the classics. When I played the Hazard map for the first few times, I had no idea it was the same one.
Sniper paradise
multiple over the cover grab areas
soft cover everwhere
easy kiting
In addition, the objectives are generally less "THIS HURTS YOU" than the other post-release ones. Other than that one hack on the roof with like four angles of approach and a single low wall with exposed flank for four people.
Most of the DLC maps like Goddess, Jade, Hydra, London and such have several objectives that make it apparent that the designers were smirking when working.
I like the adventure of climbing up the long ladder. It's like opening a present every time, you never know what you're going to find when you get to the top. I hate doing Vancouver with players with Recon Mine, because then it's like you're a kid and you found your parents' Christmas present stash and you know what you're getting already. Kills all the fun.
It's popular? It's an okay map. I give it a C+.
It's one of my favorite maps. I like the verticality of the map but it doesn't compromise other aspects to make it work.
The cover is plenty and there are no annoying open areas like Ghost or Dagger or Hydra which makes every single area appealing for combat. The map doesn't favor one playstyle significantly over the other.
There are no objectives of doom (like london hacks, jade devices, etc). All objectives are equally good/bad for the most part. It would be my #1 map if not for the false-wall glitch, which most DLC maps suffer from.
^Forgive my ignorance but...false walls?
Likewise. I don't hate it but I definitely have a few choice words when I get put on that map. It's too big (that's what she said) and I find the spawn locations to be incredibly annoying.I don't know, I don't like it much.

Banshee warps ignore walls to hit you - kinda like praetorian lazers. But banshee warps do that particularly on DLC maps. (Some Other projectile attacks do this too)

Completely agree, maybe it's b/c I don't play it often thanks to RNGesus, but I always feel like the spawns are on the complete opposite side and corner of the map from where I am. *takes off running*

Besides, it doesn't look great. All these shades of grey... meh.

Explains why I got sync killed the other day, fell through the map, then respawned in the LZ ![]()
I think Vancouver is boring and the layout makes no sense with all those ramps.
I don't mind it. At least it's sunny.
I did my solos on Vancouver because easy kiting. Took forever because the layout is so huge, though.
5/10. Might call again.
Vancouver, cool city .. oh wait, you're talking about the map!
It's ok, as already mentioned, some of the spawn points are difficult to access quickly and require you to expose yourself to attack them.
I find there is one really difficult objective. Upper level outside hack has zero cover, where enemies will approach from both sides. You are almost guaranteed to have to use consumables to complete it. If you are in a PUG group with players who are incapable of using a rocket, med gel or ops pack, then it can get really difficult.

specially noticeable around the big stairs.
its just unique, nuff said
