So i started Jaws of Hakkon, and my companions suddenly start talking about corypheus, and they say "What do you think corypheus wants" etc etc..

 

I have a strange feeling the game does not realize i already finished the main mission.

 

I killed corypheus, and checked my Journal, there is only side quests in my journal now (And the stupid barris one, EA plx fix)

 

 

Any ideas, do i have to redo the last quest again so the DLC knows i finished it?

That's just a banter repeat bug/issue. Harding will talk about his defeat as well as the Avaar, so check with them.
