Heeding Tarot Redhand's advice to inform the users of BSN specifically, I'm posting this thread. Mainly a copy-paste from the Vault's forums.

I've been flooded with PMs on GOG by people asking for the link to the DAT generation application for premium modules I wrote (based on a python script by someone else) which allows premium modules to be played offline, without the requirement of online authentication. It turns out that the reason behind this many PMs is that BioWare finally decided to pull the plug and basically render premium modules unplayable, aside from the Kingmaker set available with DAT files from GOG and boxed Diamond Editions. As such, I decided to upload the generator to the Vault, with the approval of Sawark and Werelynx, so that the modules remain playable even after the shut down of the server. Here's the link:
Can you explain what you need to do once you have downloaded it.
Thanks in advance.

Extract it anywhere you want, run "offline_premium.exe", paste into the CD-key text field the key labelled as "Key1" found in your "nwncdkey.ini" file (you can paste it with or without dashes), choose a module and click "Generate!". A DAT file should appear in the same folder your exe is in. Copy and paste it into the "NWN/premium" folder and you're good to go, your premium modules will work all the time.
If you don't have a "premium" folder (which you should if you installed your premium modules), simply create it.
DATs are created based on your CD-key, so if you ever change your keys for any reason, you'll need to generate new ones, as these won't work with different keys than the ones you used with the generator.

You are officially awesome.

Kidding, I would never come up with such a generator if it wasn't for the Python script posted on the Vault that enlightened me. ![]()
How cool would it be if the community were just given the ability to "adopt" Neverwinter Nights from Bioware? Imagine a NWN Diamond Plus edition where you could get everything on Diamond, all the premium modules and, say, all the Hall of Fame modules from the vault in one massive game, plus the CEPs.
