No shipping details, no response from customer service

I put in an order on the 27th of September, got a confirmation email with order ID that was the last I'd heard about my order. No shipping details ever came. I put in a ticket with customer service on the 6th of October and left a voicemail message on the 9th of October. I still have yet to get any reply or information on my order. I made a comment on both Bioware and treehouse, twitter and Facebook, and still can't get anyone to talk to me. Credit card says I paid for product, but I'm tired of not being able to get ahold of anyone to answer my questions about where my stuff is, and I'm apparently not the only one. What does it take to get customer service?

Welcome to the Bioware store. I've gone through this myself many times in the past. It's why I don't consider buying anything from them anymore, unless its REALLY a must have. Their products take weeks to process and ship out. It's incredibly hard to get in contact with them.

However I must say that when you do reach them, they are very kind and helpful. It's just ridiculous that it takes moving mountains to get to them.

Based on the prices alone I would never buy anything from their store. Shipping is a full 50% of the price of the item and then reading how long it takes and how hard it is to get in contact.

 

They should just use Amazon.
