most games seem to have them nowadays.
i personally dont mind. i like being able to buy a new costume here and a new gun pack there.

MESSAGE POPULAIRE !
In an ideal world, no I don't want them.
However if they have them in MP and it means being able to get free DLC again, I'm willing to live with it.
Of course, everything should be obtainable without paying and they should stay far away from SP.
I dont think anybody ever "wants" microtransactions. It's more something you put up with if the game/experience is good enough.
Seriously, does anybody ever want microtransactions?
I hold that the answer to that question is no. No, nobody wants them in MEA.
On this, however, we're guaranteed that they won't listen to us.
Indeed, they are as bad as pop-ups (or other really annoying advertising on the internet!) on the internet (I don't think anybody likes those either...)...I personally HATE them (in a free to play game they might be OK, if they aren't "pay to win" or "pay for more story" (DLC!), but otherwise they are pretty shitty...hell, so is DLC for single player games (at least if it's something that was cut from the final game - if it was produced after the game was truly finished (and after the first patch!), then it's ok - though I admit, I prefer the Mission-CDs/Addons of old, sure most games got only one real addon (if any!), but at least they were substancial - instead of just a few hours of gameplay -.-)
greetings LAX

This is how I feel as well. I would not want them in single player, but I haven't had a problem with how they have been implemented in multiplayer in Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition since they gave out the additional maps and characters for free.
Dear god no. But, I won't be surprised.
Only for the multiplayer. That way we'd get free multiplayer DLC again.
If it means free DLC and it's not pay-to-win, then yep. I've enjoyed 2 years of free updates for GTA Online without spending a single penny on microtransactions.
Multiplayer? Of course its going to be there, whether i want it or not.
Singleplayer? Why would anyone want this? But alas its going to be there, its EA afterall. Now that i think about it i probably wont buy at launch and wait for the GOTY version. Thanks for the doubt OP.
As long as they're not in the Single player game.
They're going to be in MP regardless. No use worrying about it.
No.

Nope, nada, nyet, no, non, absolutely positively not.
Failing that, the ME3MP model is reluctantly acceptable.
“Bioware must not partake in micro transactions. Micro transactions are the franchise killer. Micro transactions are the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face these money grubbing business practices. I will permit them to pass over me and through me. And when they are gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the micro transactions have gone there will be nothing. Only quality gaming will remain.”

No.
Next question.
I expect that the only actual microtransactions will exist in MP like in the past. Other stuff like guns and costumes and whatnot will probably be in the form of DLC as per usual. Bit of an odd question since you get stuff like this already. *shrug*
No. But there will be.

We can only pray...
