Mainly because you played too slow then, and your competition not used to running past everything when you wanted to 'prove' CB was faster.

 

The only reason you had faster time was due to spawn camping, not faster killing speed, and you still can't admit to spawn camping the entire time when that's exactly what you did.

 

I didn't get faster times because I didn't spawn camp as much as you did and fought more enemies.

 

CB still sucks comparatively due to scaling, and even worse now with pact belts and hakkon weapons.

About who killed faster?  I had 210 kills in 10:53.  You had 228 kills in 13:40.  That's about 19.5 and 16.5 enemies per minute, respectively.  Yes, you killed some more enemies than me.  Not a very significant amount though, and at a slower pace.

It is not good now, but only because of its inability to crit.  Wasn't much of an issue before Hakkon weapons made an appearance.  Pact belts have nothing to do with it, seeing as they benefit both abilities equally.  It was definitely not bad before that though.  You could potentially do more damage than with Power Chord if you tag more than 2 enemies, while at range, while making use of Encore.  This has already been gone over numerous times in that thread, so I really don't know why I even bother anymore.
