Didn't they attempt that in the Citadel dlc. If I recall Shep was on full sexual harassment panda mode, along with some date rape. Creepy as fook tbh.
But really, Mass Effect was basically built around the idea of people creeping on people.
Those eyes were built for creepin'.
And that's just what they'll do.
