Do you have to romance her to get her to feed the fish? I want her to feed my damn fish but I don't want to romance her, hellooo Garrus.

No, you just have to have dinner with her and ask her after to feed the fish, but you are free to pursue any other primary romance interest

good. Feeding those fish is too much effort with those slow loading screens. as long as I don't get locked in with her or anything

Be nice to Kelly answering with paragon dialogue. Flirt with her until you get the option to invite her up to your cabin for dinner. Later she will mention feeding your fish. After that you don't have to flirt with her anymore.

 

During the suicide mission if you choose the upper right dialogue, she will make a comment about being there just in time. She will send an email to you back on the ship and will dance for you in your cabin. Doing this means you romanced her

 

If you choose the botton right dialogue, she will say it matters to me and not send that email.

You can romance any primary love interest (Miranda, Thane, Garrus, Jack, Jacob) and Kelly simultaneously, Kelly can't lock you out from any of the primary romances, but can still be considered active (without any future effect if the game is imported to ME3, as the primary romances override her's).

 

So, say if you romance Kelly and Miranda simultaneously, lock in with Miranda, and break up with her after the suicide mission, the Kelly romance will become active again and she can visit you in your cabin.

Just be nice to her.

 

When first talking with her, choose I will catch you. That should be enough to get  her to feed you fish later in the game if remain nice to her. If you choose I'll embrace you dialogue, its flirting and considered to be on the romance path

And you will never be able to hear the Eden Prime battle music from ME1 the same again... Though you can switch the music by pushing your alarm clock; the old Chora's Den music is a nice touch to hear when Kelly's dancing.

 

Edit: Actually, I think the original music that plays when Kelly dances is the exterior music from Therum. Sorry!

Liarra is going to be pissed then. Because I caught the paragon option during shadow broker mission to keep the relation ship from ME1 going. To the point on way to scuidie mission I sat in my cabin looking at her picture. And kelly still danced for me.

 

Good thing she doesn't take after her father.

If you're playing on PC, you can download a mod to shorten the the load times (it will actually introduce shorter versions of the loading videos).

Yes, you have to have "dinner" with Kelly, so that you can "talk."
