The only farmable Tier 4 mats are Veil Quartz, Ice Dragon Bone, and Imbued Tusket Hide. Is there a way to restock the Tier 4 mats from BE? Also, can you dupe mats on XB1?

All dragon mats are farmable. They just don't respawn in the same location.

I think dragon mats are infinite in the Descent camp 1 market, but I might be remembering wrong.

They aren't unlimited at the Descent shop. Also, farmable means unlimited, therefore; Dragons mats are unfarmable and limited.

Weird. The shops in Trespasser for me had the.little infinity symbol for every single mat, meaning that they don't run out.

Were you lvl 27? I was at 16 and I could only buy 40. It only restocked when I zoned out. Also, Descent/BE is not restocking for me at all. Is this intended?

Step two: Download Cheat engine.
Step three: Enable the loot table
Step four: [X] Free Crafting
Step five:???
Step six: Profit

Or alternatively you can sell the items with infinite shop supply enabled and buy them all back in batch.

Were you lvl 27? I was at 16 and I could only buy 40. It only restocked when I zoned out. Also, Descent/BE is not restocking for me at all. Is this intended?

I was lvl27 and I believe every mat from the main game except dragon mats are suppose to be unlimited in the BE\Descent(when your character reaches a certain level you gain access to T2 and then T3 mats)

You failed step 1.

Should also point out, Free crafting does not make items require 0 mats, It just does not subtract the mats from your total when you finish making it. 

EG: a staff:
24 metal
6 metal
12 leather
6 cloth 

You have 27 dragon bone, you want to use it in both metal slots, you would not be able to make this staff. 24 would be subtracted from the first slot leaving you with 3, not enough for the second. 

You have 30 dragon bone, you want to use it in both metal slots, you would be able to make this staff. 24 would be subtracted from the first slot leaving you with 6, enough for the second. When you make the staff, the 30 used to create the staff is not then subtracted from the total.

In order to build the item, you still need the required materials. So it is generally best to farm 99 of each material before using free crafting.

If you're low on mats and can't farm them, consider duping gear. So use your mats to make 1 x T4 rogue armour, 1 x mage etc, then dupe the crafted gear. It's not ideal, but it's better than running out

The Descent store and Black Emporium doesn't restock as far as I know and yes, I was level 27 in Trespasser. I bought the other dlc's recently, so between them and the side quests from the vanilla game, I hit 27 way before starting Trespasser.

I don't even see how you could be that low of a level in Trespasser, lol. Did you skip practically all of the side quests and not any trials on?

I finished the base game level 15 all trials on plus nm. Templar made it easy and what I couldn't stun, I popped with combat roll.
