Not sure if this belongs here, but I KNOW I completed the Passing Notes Quest, yet I did not get the lyrium potion recipe for my mages. Checked to see if I did, And the quest is completed and I turned it in. I am not passed In your heart shall burn, so what is wrong?
no lyrium Potion. Bug?

I recall not getting that recipe on one of my playthroughs, so it is likely a bug. Then again you can easily get it with the golden nug.

Unfortunately, I only have the one character, and none of the characters I played had gotten to the end.
