When I logged onto Mass Effect 2(xbox) my Cerberus Network is not
activated(its been activated since yesterday) I tried redeeming the
same code i used before and it said the code has already been
redeemed! Someone help Me!

I redeemed my first two codes here on the website for the preorder promo from Gamestop and the collectors edition armor/weapon. Then I turned the game on in my xbox 360 to see if they were being downloaded as stated in the instructions. When I actually got into the game I was prompted for my code for the Cerberus dlc. So I entered the code and it never downloaded onto my harddrive. I never got a noticed that the code didn't work. So I checked my hard drive and all the codes I downloaded thru the website where there but not Cerberus dlc. So I tried to enter the code for the Cerberus dlc on the website like I did the other two and the code comes up that used and not valid. Where did the dlc go if not on my hard drive?

mine didn't work after the update but then I restarted and let it sit a min, booted back up and I was good to go. you might have already tried that. s'all I got.

My issue isn't caused by the title update, it happened when the EA employee linked my gamertag to my bioware account...
