Is it possible to Conscript the Mages and let Lelianna kill the sister, pick options that support Lily

 

and get a Harden Divine Lelianna ending??

Yep definitely! Letting Leliana kill the sister will push her towards hardened. You'll lost some points toward Leliana by conscripting the mages, but you can gain them elsewhere. The points system is here: http://dragonage.wik...Divine_election
