So warp and flare to no damage to him, is he immune to them?

I know he is immune to a lot of biotic powers, not sure if it applies to all projectile powers though. For example, I am pretty sure he is immune to Stasis, or at least Liara's Stasis and Warp. 

 

Sorry, but I cannot provide you with more information than that. I think he is immune to all projectile powers (looks like he dodges pretty much all of them) but I have not used all tracking projectile powers on him so I cannot say for certain.

Hey Man, yeah so aparently hit scan powers work but projectiles don't. I remember flare used to do damage on him, now it just always staggers him. At one point in the begining of the fight I somehow managed to kill him with a flare combo and he died but the game didn't progress, does kai leng always dodge or?

Not sure if this helps, but just yesterday I was in the shooting gallery on the citadel, and noticed for the first time that the shielded target took 0 damage from warp.  Warp did damage to the health bar and armor of the other targets.  This may be obvious to others, but I was surprised it literally did 0 damage to a shield (I had assumed a damage reduction of sorts, not 0 damage). 

 

It's been a while since I fought Kai Leng, but doesn't he have shields on most of the time?

From what I remember, he is basically a male Phantom, so he should be able to use power block against projectile powers.

 

As for Warp, it damages shields in game (0.5x base multiplier to shields).  Shooting range isn't reliable for testing a lot of things, unfortunately.  Warp ammo does not though.

Concussive Shot  works well, it staggers him pretty good iirc.  Especially if you've got Garrus' CS hot-keyed.

From memory the Omni-blade worked pretty well on him.....!

Lash is technically a projectile power and works brilliantly (albeit broken) on him. If you're looking for some fun and haven't done so before, try using it on him next time. (If you have the omega dlc at least)

Throwing that ass across the room is strangely satisfying.

Kai Leng is immune to logic.

It is. He's just a punk with a sword. He would be better off joining the ballet. Or maybe become a gymnast doing all that cart wheeling during the fight. As good as he is at doing that, he could win a gold medal at the summer olympics. hahaha.

This makes sense, I managed to hit him with my modified flare with unlimited damage and I seemed to kill after his last smash phase. I think I did because I had ED and Ashley and I don't think they can be that quick to kill him with just guns.

Yes it does, so does Smash, Nova, Anihilation field, etc. Just the projectiles have this issue even if they hit him face first!!

Not by default. I think you have to mod it in. I know there is at least one mod out there that adds multiplayer powers to single player.
