Don't know if this has been asked before or not, but does anyone know if an on hit masterwork is affected by skill upgrades?
For example, If I crafted a staff with Veilstrike on hit, and had the veilstrike upgrade to provide weaken, would the proc actually provide the weaken status or just the un-upgraded version?
Walking Bomb, on kill explodes and Walking Fortress masterworks are affected by skill upgrades.
On hit Fade Cloak causes knockdown if you have the upgrade.
The rest of the masterworks however are not affected by skill upgrades.

Well that sucks :-/. Yeah was torn between going with veilstrike, immolate or critical crafting for my rift mage. Guess critical crafting it is.

Or you could get Hidden Blades or 75% faster movement speed in Stealth

yeah, i'm kinda weird about using different classes masterworks. Not disparaging anyone who does, it's just a personal preference.
