Wraith is the best shotgun in the game. Claymore is a poor mans Wraith.

Raider is great because the spread is so huge you can fire point blank at the wall in front of you and hit spawns at the far left and right sides of the map instead.

This is the build:

http://kalence.drupa...23H54384!5BFACS

The GI makes great use of the Barrage gear with this set up, you will be surprised at how much this improves the recoil. Also, the extra ammo is handy as you chew thru bullets at ungodly speed. Warp ammo for the extra damage boost, it's all about outright damage on the GI.

You can use disruptor / incendiary ammo and generate combo detonations, although IMO this slows down the GI damage output (does extra stagger to enemies however). Considering the extra damage inflicted by the Warp ammo on all but one protection, it is a great choice. Even Prime & Atlas shields are not concerning vs this set up, this GI still chews thru them.

If you are able to switch targets easily with a GI/Piranha, this build is even easier for that (having played both many many times). The GI / Piranha is slightly better vs boss armor however (maybe the best in the game short of a Talon Merc and close range)

I'll give it another try, I do like this build.

Personally, when I run the GI/Hurricane setup I go with this = http://kalence.drupa...24A54314!5DFA55

It's largely dependent on how well somebody can get accustomed to hipfiring but barrage gear and stability module 3 can be swapped in. It's pretty much nitpicking though since the GI/Hurricane setup is very powerful either way.

Indeed.  When I first opened your build, my first thought was, "Those poor ceiling tiles."

From personal scrubby experience of course...

Yup, I've used this build a bunch, though even for hip firing I found the Barrage gear superior to the extra damage from the SMG gear. OFC you have a tendency to hit melons about as effectively as anyone, so for you the extra stability may not be needed lol.

I will say, even factoring in the extra loading, the HVB/Warp ammo IV still does more damage to big armor units, surprisingly.

It pretty much boils down to whether you prefer the burst DPS or the sustained DPS.

vladimir-putin-laughing.gif

I didn't say any of that; Piranha is actually good, I'm just stating the Raider is better at the same thing, but feel free to get even more mad at your betters.

Javelin is a great close range weapon with Phasics so I don't know what you're on about with that analogy. You should save your windex for the bits of speckle you probably spewed on your monitor constructing that rant.

Someone else is jealous? It's only arrogance if I can't back it up, which I can. Having the attitude of knowing everything tends to come naturally when one does in fact know everything.

If anything, I'm the one being modest and broad minded here.

Which would you rather have in close range genius, a Javelin that fires one shot at a time or a Piranha that's specifically built for just such an occasion? I assumed that someone capable of tying their shoes wouldn't have any difficulty understanding the point, but alas, the internet never fails to surprise me.

QMR ~ "Having the attitude of knowing everything tends to come naturally when one does in fact know everything."
Truly a paragon of modesty...and you apparently don't know how to use a Piranha.

I pretty much always prefer Assault Loadout with this sort of setup, that thermal clip weapon damage boost on top of the GI's existing damage levels is just insane. Almost as good as a missile.

(Leaves the cinema, in pensive conversation), ...Well, I am impressed that afgncaap7 got so much personal airtime.
That's a nice firedip for someone that joined last month - please keep ur temperament- (but watch ur heart) , and please don't take it personal, FFS, keep that back straight.

...Now, on the other hand, the delta male confirmed the suspicions by becoming very silent, in the end... An old hand slipping silently into the shadows, when a Pawn became cannon fodder. Opportune time for alt - probably= now.

I'm not that easy to troll bud.

The only delta male here is you defending your gril gamer that doesn't need defending. (And on top of it not doing it very well.)

Interesting how quickly you devolve to a pissing contest though. Got something to prove?

Actually, I simply didn't bother filling fitness or sabo because they don't really contribute all that much, but Level 20 It'd look something like this.

http://kalence.drupa...13H53314!F03ACO

You can take or leave Sabo vs the last rank of fitness. I like it because haxing toasters is fun and occasionally useful when your pugs decide to play ring around the turret/Prime and get revive chain'd or a fuckіng annoying bullet sponge atlas blocks a hallway with its fat arse, but then again rank 6 fitness will let you tank 1 more gold prime pulse before you die and need to rage rocket so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Also I hate scanner on anything but snipers and drill rounds setups so I switched it for something else, but Armored Compartments would also be good in case you roll goddamn geth.

Liked for this.

You're gonna blow up your omni-tool if you keep typing on it that hard.

^ Still.

It's kinda nice to see a rant aimed at QMR's "I know everything" pervasive attitude. It's to the point that I just kinda tune QMR out now. Same thing I did with Moby when he started getting arrogant-whiner instead of informative.

^ This is the post that notified me that I've missed some much needed drama. Thanks, JGDD and Dalakaar.

You left a trace of the reverse translation help you had there , evidenced as a lonely quotation mark. Tsk. Tsk.

I didn't realize u play soap pickup together, don't despair that Delta is all urs.

Ps. I know, I know : you just wanted to spice things up. The 2nd rerun of that claymoar/wraith regurgitation is just not warm enough anymore, we have discussed everything under the "on-topic" sun so far , some people even belief that ur my alt + ur Skitstövel är så dum som en gås. So you thought let's : "Skitit i det blå skåpet"... Why, not, Indeed.

Hey there so it looks like smr has one opening quote, a paragraph, a break, a sentence, and a closing quote, so I think that criticism has no standing. Keep this up though because this is some good bsn stuff right here.

Edit- you quoted it yourself:

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH... did you mean "invigorating"???   Since we're being petty and all.  The reason it is so entertaining is because it is dumb.

QUERY:  Is there anyone who can actually type that numbers crap fluently?  Or even the usual "u" instead of "you", "2-morrow" instead of "tomorrow", "b-cuz" instead of "because"?  I find that it actually takes more time and effort to mutilate my text than to simply type it normally, which would seem to invalidate it as a shortcut for lazy typists.
