I think the best moment was when Miranda's all emotional in the elevator, and then she pauses and goes "Why the hell is this elevator so slow?"

I loved that moment too. there are so many best moments in game that it's hard to pick one.
Kinda hated the human-reaper battle, it was annoying. Saren's fight was better, in my opinion.
