First of all, I have no problems logging onto the PSN network and when I turn on the game it connects to the Dragon Age servers with no problem. I am also able to play Netflix. BUT Dragon Age is the only game I am trying to multiplayer in, so no idea if other games would have this problem for me or not..

 

I've been trying to get back into Dragon Age multiplayer the last month and the lobbies are empty for me. All the time, even on weekends. Sometimes, very rarely, I see one other player. I have tried ALL the difficulty settings in the quick search, all empty. I refuse to believe that I am the only player online at 1pm EST on a saturday, so there must be something wrong. Anyone have any idea what it is and how to fix it?

You may want to consider posting your gamer tag and asking for people to add you, if you're on a remote area. I am on PC though, so I can't play on PS4 with you. The current top promoted PC player SpaceVegan got there through private games.

 

You may also want to consider Random difficulty / Random location  if selected difficulty (Threatening/Perilous/Nightmare) / random doesn't work.

I get this on occasion too, but strangely I've found that after I quit the game, then load it back in, I'll find a lobby straight away.

choose difficulty then random random or I get tumbleweeds and make sure you got all the free DLC

my psn is below drop in or if you got good internet invite

I am talking threatening (on occasion) Peri  and sometimes nm and a rare  hb

I live on the east coast of the US, so I don't think low population is the problem. I'll check and see if I got all the free dlc installed. Like I said, I checked all the difficulties. Not sure if I have a random diffiuclty option, only recall there being random map.

Since you're US-PS4 I'll wager it's just bad luck/timing. In my experience the PS4 community is still active, but not hopping by any means. However I have noticed that the community seems to prefer dropping into a match in progress. Sitting in a lobby is like watching water boil, just starting the match seems to get people dropping in by Zone 2.

Sitting in a lobby is like watching water boil, just starting the match seems to get people dropping in by Zone 2.

That is due all the players who rather leech than start at zone 1, quicker to come into a run and finish it.

This is probably your solution.   Go to the PSN store and download the free DLC material and you will be able to access other online lobbies....

The games dying. Once mass effect and battle front come out its over. No new content no reason to continue playing.
