. I primarily only mess about with 1h swords (and shields) and staves, so I will just list those.
Swords are a bit rough... the Keen Machete (I mod 'fixed' the correct grip for this) is high up as one of my favorite models. I also really like the Longsword of the Dragon model, which I equip with the Tevinter Sword Grip. There's also the Emperor Guard Blade (the DA2 'templar' sword model), and Templar's First.
For shields, my absolute favorite model is the Estwatch Guard, which shares the same model as the craftable Darkspawn Alpha shield.
For staves, without hesitation I can say the Tevinter-style Dreamweave Staff model, which also has the same head as the unequipped staff model. Combine this with the Thin Staff Grip and Masterwork Magister Staff Blade and you have my favorite appearance. I'm only sad that there is not a craftable version of this. (Maybe I'll work on making a mod for that...)
What's your favorite weapon?

I really don't see the appeal of LB of the griffon. You're not really going to hit any of the extra ones in most fights. >.<
My Inquisitor's fighting style is inspired by the Hunter from DAMP, or the Geth Infiltrator from ME. Basically a melee Artificer / Sabotage Rogue with a bow.
Hook & Tackle -> Leaping Shot -> triple-crit Rolling Draw, easily outdamages Full Draw by far, and paired with Opportunity Knocks, it is a perpetual motion machine of utter destruction. Throwing Blades + Spiketrap to sunder them up, Elemental Mines + Shadow Strike for a self-detonating combo.

Yeah artificers tend to do that. So why use LB of the griffon? IT doesn't make 3 leaping shots. >.> Should craft a good crit chance bow

Tyrda's Staff/Archon Lightning staff.
Pity that there are no schematics.

Because I am constantly in point blank range. It does not give you three Leaping Shots, but it does give you three Rolling Draws - I also have a coat with 5 Hidden Blades on hit; with three times the proc chance.
Critical chance of 25% and over can easily be achieved with a little cunning on equipment & accessories; ergo 75% since all arrows are being calculated individually; which is all you will ever need. A single Leaping Shot still resets all my cooldowns (including its own) with Opportunity Knocks.
Willpower and Attack is a lot more important to an Artificer/Saboteur for poison & trap damage and skill damage multiplier; which is probably why the bow has such an insane amount of sheer +Attack. Basically, there is so many attacks constantly from so many sources, the Critical Chance becomes less important than individual damage.
The LBOTG is definitely not optimal for the usual Archer/Assassin rogue dropping burst damage from afar, but it works with this particular build. This single trait is so useful in fact, I tried & discarded (i.e. gifted them solemnly to Sera) all of the T4 bows in each DLC, sometimes outclassing it by three item levels, and then returned to ol' trusty with a content sigh.
