  So i've had absolutely no luck in trying to get onto an account because all the emails I used to own no longer exist, and the EA support thinggy limits my message to be less than a tweet.

 

I've lost my account somewhere on here with a bunch of ME2 DLC. I've tried all my passwords and all my emails I have ever used, and the only informational tie I have to the account right now is my ME2 game key and cerberus key which I registered. I was wondering if it would be possible to recover my account provided I have these keys.

What EA support have you been using?

 

And what account do you mean? The Origin one?

I just realized that the EA support I used was for accounts made on origin. The account I am trying to get on is one I made here on the social.bioware website rather than origin. Nonetheless here's the support site I used: https://help.ea.com/en/

The EA support for Origin was the correct destination. If you lost an account, they can help as they keep tabs on master accounts which are also the ones you use for Origin.

All you have to do is click the link, log-in with any of your accounts (required to connect with the support chat) and then fill out the form and they should get in touch with you.
