By god the bug mobile has stopped by my PC yet again.

All my creatures from my module directory have been completely wiped. They're nowhere to be seen..

I honestly have no idea how this even happened. Does any one know? I haven't really touched anything creature related, nor really the module..

After closer inspection, the UTC files are in my directory, but aren't appearing in the toolset. Any idea how to fix?

If you switch to the Modules tab under the Creature blueprints, does anything show up?

No, when I click in the empty box, my cursor loads for a milisecond and nothing happens..

I had a backup which is fine, but it literally (5mins ago) happened again..

You have your toolset directed to some other directory, maybe a backup copy of things that doesn't have the utc in them?

You could temporarily copy your UTC files to your override directory and see if they appear when you launch the toolset with a new module. That would at least tell you if those files are good.

This works, i also moved my UTC files to an empty directory (with like 1 area) and they worked. But whenever I add just a single UTC file to my main module, i get the error.

Your suggestion works great but, everytime I need to edit an npc, I can't >_<

My toolsets directed to the right location and there's only one module of the name im using though o.o

Ok so,

After more "testing" *cough* just using the toolset *cough*

I;

1) Staged my module, uploaded files to the server
2) Played on the server for a bit
3) 3 hours later, I get the UTC missing error messages..

I literally did nothing to cause it, it did it over time without the toolset even being open..

Ok so, when removing the UTC and putting them in my override, I get this error when trying to open an area. When trying to open it again, the area is completely wipped, turning itself into an interior...

How on earth do I fix this now lmao xD I don't seem to find an appropriate back up (Like seriously, I can't back up my module after very single minor change :@

Could it be that your appearances.2da file is somewhat corrupted? Can you open it within the toolset without error?

It does sound like some sort of corruption, possibly caused by a missing resource or a 2da conflict. When all else fails I usually resort to exporting everything to erf files, creating a new module then importing the erf (saving the old one just in case). I then have to restore my module and campaign settings. (Not sure about the journal.)
