My friend and I were discussing how we would want our characters to resemble (after certain celebrities, athletes, etc..).  He stated if Shepard is not a playable character, that he would want face codes to look like Shepard.

How do you feel about this? If someone creates a male or female Shepard, would you use the face code?

Inquisition's character creator makes me wonder if there actually will be a face code. How would it work for something like that?

As terrific as face codes are, I can see why with Inquisitions CC they might end up being just way too long. These days though, there are better ways to do it. In fact, the Keep seems perfectly positioned to share character presets online. Saints Row did it four years ago.

Although, honestly? All they need to do is give us recorded coordinates for the grids.

What, you mean like Sheploo? I didn't even want to play him in the original trilogy, so no, probably never. But I would hope that they implement a decent system for sharing presets, as I mention above.

I wouldn't use it at all because Shepard's story is over. I don't need or want a Shepard doppleganger for my new protagonist who should be someone totally different, both visually and in terms of personality.

Personally no as I prefer to create my masterpieces as I go along and make each character I create unique in different ways. I do tend to use celebs or people I think would fit the role as templates though. For example I've kind of built my current Shepard based on Isla Fisher an Australian actress. It's worked well so far.
