Im playing as an adapt and wonder which armor combonation which is the best for adding more damage to the biotic powers?

Lets take Inferno armor for an example, it add 30% power damage, but if I use the standard armor which I can buy parts for I will top the power damage staple. Will Inferno still be more powerful in terms of the biotic powers or is it more powerful to just buy/pick up parts for the standard armor?

You can get more power damage by buying and combining individual armor pieces. The following are recommended:

Umbra Visor +10% damage / Mnemonic Visor +5% damage +5% faster recharge

Serrice Council Armor +10% damage

Serrice Council Shoulders +10% damage

Serrice Council Arms +10% damage

Serrice Council Legs +10% damage

Pistol Power Magnifier V +30% damage

But the Inferno gives you 30% faster recharge too, so if you like carrying heavier weapons, that one is more useful

To add to the above post,  you get an extra 25% damage bonus when collecting intel by scanning planets. Here's a link to find out what those planets are that have the intel.

It should be pointed out that you only really want cooldown on the Adept if you are carrying some really heavy weapons. And I do mean heavy.

If you are aiming for combos, then the Adept does not care all that much about weapon weight. You can combo biotics as long as the priming biotic (like Pull or Warp or Singularity or Reave) is still active. Most biotic powers have long priming durations, so you can slack off on the weapon weight. This is in direct contrast to tech combos which tend to have very short priming windows.

I used the Claymore V on an Adept (+98% weapon weight) and the cooldowns were still fairly good so you should not have to worry too much about weapon weight. Generally if you are even close to +150% to 200% (including penalties incurred by Fortification/Barrier/Defense Matrix) you will still be detonating your own powers very quickly. Bringing Liara and Javik certainly helps as well.

As for armor, Taki17 is correct about the armor and Pistol mod (SMG Power Amplifier Mod V also gives +30% power damage; it does not stack with the Pistol mod).

If you are considering Inferno Armor, you should also consider Blood Dragon. Doesn't provide as much recharge bonus, but it will give you 50 more points in shields and 10% faster shield recharge (0.4 seconds).
