Did anyone here decide not to romance anyone in Inquisition for one or more of their characters because there wasn't much or any compatibility between your Quizz and any of the LIs?  Or because you didn't like an of LIs? Or because you don't care about romance? Done it in any of the two previous games?

I have done a couple of no-romance runs for RP purposes, but not for any of the the reasons you listed.  The LIs are all great.  Bioware always does a good job with that.

DAI handled Love storylines perfectly. I feel now i can't not do one, as i miss out on so much story.

I came close after learning the Josie romance had no on-screen sexytimes, but I stuck it out. Woulda liked to see a little skin, though.

I've finished all the DA games at least twice without the protagonist having a romance. But like Beren said, I did it for RP reasons, not from any personal opinion of the romances. The protagonist was created to finish her playthrough alone without an LI and that's what happened. Duty first for those few characters. I also make sure to have a playthrough for each romance option as well in each game.

On my first DAI play I romanced Cullen because of the carryover from DAO, through DA2, and into DAI and I wanted to see how a much fan-desired romance would finally play out even though I was never a huge Cullen fangirl or anything. I thought it was just OK. Then I met Dorian, made a guy specifically to romance him and have no desire to romance anyone else in DAI, ever. I keep playing the same guy over again as I'm quite fond of the character, and despite the variety of options open to me, this pretty much IS Dragon Age: Inquisition for me.

That said, if I ever play another female character, I don't think I will romance anyone at all. Should be interesting as I haven't played a DA game without doing the romance since my very first play of DAO back in 2009.

For DA2 Fenris is my LI of choice and I will continue to pick that regardless of the PC I play.

For DAO... as mentioned my very first play of the franchise had no romance, primarily because I didn't realize it was a thing and never pursued anything with any of the characters. My girl didn't even get ninjamanced by Leliana, which is surprising. Ever since I've romanced Alistair, with a partial Zevran romance on one abandoned play. But if I play DAO again I may not go that route. DAI has really shaped the way I view romances and followers in general, and also the way I view the characters I create. With that in mind none of the DAO romances are appealing to me, so I'm not sure if I will play one again in DAO.

My solo rogue won't romance anyone because he's... well... solo.

My Hero of Ferelden playthroughs have no romances because they have romances from Origins.

My female elf playthrough will probably end in no one being romanced, or at the very least she'll have the Solas breakup. Maybe a Blackwall breakup depending on how it goes.

None of my Inquisitors have a LI. Never liked any of the available romances in this game. None of them are interesting- appearance or personality.

I have two Inquisitors that did not romance anyone. Funny, they are both elf dudes. One of them is my canon Inquisitor. There wasn't an LI that fit with him so I didn't force a romance on him. Most of my Hawkes went romanceless in DA2 and I have a smattering of Wardens without romances as well.

I romanced some to see the content but on follow-up PT's.
I didnt romance any of them, and won't in future PT's.
Don't really care for any of them and none are really interesting at all.
I'm curious how many think this ^
and were using a straight male Quizzy?

I didn't romance anyone in DAI in over half my playthroughs. I didn't romance anyone in a couple playthroughs of DA2. I believe I did one playthrough without romancing anyone in DAO

Sure. My Warden ended up single, my Hawke was single, and 2 of my playthrough in Inquisition were with my canon Inquisitor, who is also single. My canon characters are partial self-inserts, so if there isn't a compatible female option that I like, my character is forever alone.

Recently, I went out of my shell a bit and romanced a guy (Cullen), and don't regret that at all. But that was only possible because Cullen is both one of my favourite characters and because he has exactly the type of romance I'm most interested in (besides being a man, obviously :P). I doubt I could romance any other guys except Alistair though.

I don't do manlove romances. Not into it. Other than that, I usually try them all out.

I've completed each of the DA games with at least one of my characters not pursuing a romance option.

In DA2 and Inquisition, it was pretty easy to not get tempted.

In Inquisition, 3 out of my 11 Inquisitors did not pursue a romance.

I'm more of the "get really into one character and never try anyone else" type.

There have been a couple of combos I haven't done as well, but I've experienced them vicariously through my dear friends in the DQ sufficiently that I feel I can speak with authority when I say they were well done. :)

My straight male mage Inquisitor romanced Cassandra, and felt a connection with her right from the start. She's a great romance.

Of course my Inquisitor is also around 42 and an Andrastian, where Cassandra is somewhere around 40, so that helped.

None of the LI's really struck a personality chord for me in inquisition. They're not my type.

This is fine of course. I'm certain there are people that didn't like the LI options in previous games and it's not like I feel entitled to such a character.

This isn't to say I don't like them as characters, it's just that I'm not attracted to them. I'm not super invested in seeing their romance scenes, and when I do do them, I tend to skip through the dialogue.

There is always next game though.

I don't think I romanced anyone in at least half of my playthroughs.

I'm still bitter about Cullen's gay romance being cut. After romancing Cassandra and none of the male protagonist can have a wedding, I didn't romance anyone in any of my subsequent playthroughs.

For my Qunari play through, I was going to be a angry stoic warrior with no romance. I feel so connected to a character (even with physical scenes non existent) so I couldn't pass one up. :P

I have a few PC that did not pursue a romance arc, and I don't feel like I missed anything important. Romance arc is not a required quest line to finish the game; it's another RP tool to give more story for your PC.

I have one inquisitor who just likes her space, lol, after spending years in the Circle. She likes her freedom and position.

Cass was ok,
But I didn't really like her character all that much and I didn't really like Josie's character at all.

Not in Inquisition or DA2, but my Warden often ends up single. I thought he had good chemistry with all the potential love interests, but they seem to have... different end goals and different character arcs in general.

Zevran probably suffered the most because his very small amount of content in DAI was more interesting if he wasn't romanced. If you don't give a fig about ancient elven magic then romancing Morrigan seems like a crapshoot in hindsight. Alistair has the whole Fade issue.

Leliana's probably the "best" in that sense, but then you've got to have a Warden who fits her personality.
