<rant> I would hope not, or at least if they do don't make them back loaded. The way DAIMP promotions are is shitty, and this is coming from a PromotionLord. They are back loaded, it was so hard getting up but the farther you were into promotions the easier it got. It should've have been the other way around, make them count for less when you are in the hundreds. It makes people not want to do the grind for so long. </rant>

I'm always crashing to desktop... I was only doing the weekend challenges for fun, I can hardly play Perilous anyway(too many scrubs expecting carry in there) and having low promotions make me feel week ! Q.Q

I only regret that I didn't start to promote earlier.Now,after 1000+ hours I have only 100-60-100 across the board.

So,if MEA will have the same feature,won't make the same mistake.

I'm with you on that but I'd like a little bit of progression, as a scrub lord, promotion lords make you feel absolutely worthless haha.

In the end it is a co-op MP so it shouldn't matter but it is so boring if you just sit around while another kills everything. I was definitely in those shoes back when I first started playing with Rundagutz, Wessamba, ABC, Piffle, Rick, KMeeg (finally got The Amulet lol) but now that most of them are gone I can kill things but yes it is not very well set up

Don't have a lot of time to play but really tried this weekend but I too failed. Thing is I play perilous sometimes comfortably but this weekend was so full of scrubs that every pug was torture an I got to wave 5 so often and the team wiped, it was a horrible experience. And the other actually high level players were probably in their private games so there was my experience last weekend

If you look under your challenges under 'agent of the inquisition' you will see that over time the weekly challenge have been in essence chapters in the these challenge books.

The extra chest for completing the book has always been meaningless.

 

First book was a normal chest.

 

Second book was either 3 random pieces of drakescale armor, or an extra large salvage chest (mine had one purple in it; it was a superb rune).

 

Third book will more of the same.  If they couldn't be bothered to make a worthwhile reward before, what makes anyone think they will start after support has ended?

No you aren't. TheBruhyouDK is a scrub lord. You're a fine player.

 

If you're on PC, feel free to add us. If you're on console, post your gamer tag and you'll make some friends and get into private matches. If you CTD its OK, you can just rejoin (because no one is going to take your spot, and you retain your exp earned). Don't let the naysayers about rejoining get you down. Its your game and you can play without letting CTDs ruin your day.

The issue was not the 10 perilous, but due to it being combined with the double experience.  Everyone needed to promote every other round to take advantage of the extra experience. Therefore, everyone spent half the time at level 1. Made for more wipes than usual.
