I would like too see when new game mechanics/newmonsters they get addedto the base game
Other games have done this
Skyrim-random vampire/cultists spawn if you have the dlc.
Im never trapped permanently in the dlc like i was in trespasser and unfinished quests could be finished. You cant even get to the emporium and treasure collecting is useless unless you are schematic hunting for another play-through.
Point is give me 1 or grand dlc for a bigger cost with more

What you are asking for is an expansion which normally costs much more to achieve than dlc. It also ties up resources for a longer period of time and takes longer to produce than dlc. Most of the expansions and dlc that Bioware has made do not effect the base game (trespasser being one of the few dlc that does). Also it would make no sense for certain enemies to appear in the base game, such as why the Inquisitor is fighting Qunari before Trespasser.

This is a big company do i hope they have the same resources that bethesda and cdprojekt red have
W3 heart of stone-10 US dollars for ten hours on content.call it dlc or expansion it does what modern games should do. Not a separate zoned area but modifies the base game
I think bioware is a step behind and is using outdated dlc models
The problem i have with trespasser is you cant stall the ending of the game and other than schematics you cant enjoy your new toys in other areas
Without spoiling trespasser there are events that happen outside of the dlc area but are off screen. There is nothing preventing them from letting us go to these areas again and bad guys showup there (skyrim does it eith dragonborn and daenguard where cultists showup to stop you
My bet is that since we know of at least one major bioware employer playing w3 that they will look too see how dlc gets added

There is zero reason for any of the darkspawn to show up on the surface except in select places that are near or in the Deep Roads. The darkspawn only mass on the surface if they have found and Old God who leads them to take over the surface. Bioware/EA would seriously have to trash its own lore that it has built up for that to happen.
Also it would make little sense story wise for the Qunari to be appearing in mass numbers unless it is an invasion or a surprise attack like in Trespasser.
It would make no sense for the Inquisitor to visit other area when there is a Qunari threat to address. Bioware specifically tells the gamer that the events of Trespasser would conclude going to other areas and to finish all quests prior to that point.
Jaws of Hakkon and Descent allow the party to visit the others areas. There is no story reason for the Jaws of Hakkonr to appear in other areas

2 of the dlcs are fantastic but are just large dungeons. Trespasser takes you everywhere but in reality know where.
Im watching the competition take the next step

I'd take just one long expansion in a post-epilogue like story (like some parts of Trespasser) than what they did, personally.
But then, that's because I don't care about uncovering the deep lore of the setting too much. Like Dwarves and Titans. Every fantasy setting has a Monomyth, but I generally like stories that move forward and deal with characters. Not lore dumps. I don't know why fantasy is the only genre that fixates on this kind of thing, but I'm probably the minority here. The main game is already a big lore dump in itself, with Corypheus and the Anchor and Solas. That should have been enough. It already took away time from a story about the Mage/Templar war and Orlais as it is.
