Hello everyone!

 

I was thinking about setting up a event in celebration of this years N7 Day to have some fun and bring the community together.

 

Event Details

 

When: Saturday, November 7

Time: All Day Event

 

The Goal:

 

4 challenges (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) 100 of each Challenge.

As a community how many can we complete

  ?/400

The rules

 

• You must play as a N7 class.

• Be a team of 4

 

•  Maps

1. N7: Cerberus Labs   =  Firebase Glacier
2. N7: Cerberus Attack   =   Firebase Tuchanka
3. N7: Cerberus Abductions   =  Firebase Ghost
4. N7: Cerberus Fighter Base  =  Firebase White

Calibrations
 

 

Then it's the results. How will we know if we've achiveced the goal ? I'm thinking screenshots. After each completed match if someone from the team could take a screenshot and after you're done,send me them via PM here.  I'll tally up the results and make a small summary of how things went. (Need to take alook at the summary screen after the match see what it displays. Map,challenge etc.)

Why don't you go outside and get some sunlight for a change?  Maybe meet a girl... or two!

I might be up for this, however I have some suggestions:

-Rio and London both perform terrible on PS3 and cause heavy memory leak (freeze).

-Playing 3 maps over and over again gets boring fast. (unless it's white or glacier  )

I suggest adding some more maps (preferably vanilla). I think most PS3 players would be happy with this change.

 

And yes, I know, lolPS3

There were N7 missions in the single player campaign.. I remember Reactor & Dagger were 2 of them... I will go and look for the others..

Thanks for letting me know about PS3 and good point about the maps. I'll switch it up.

For this event we'll be sticking with humans. If this event goes well perhaps later we can set up a Salarian only event

 

For weapons...For now you're free to use what you like.

Awesome! I've added you to the list and yes there will be an open bar with a dancefloor.

It depends on the numbers with who would like to join. Hopefully there will be enough so everyone gets to do what they would prefer. If it comes to it some may need to get a random player to join them.

 

Also keep an eye on the list for those looking for a team and try to reach out to them. If there are people still looking for  a team a day before the event i'll randomly assign people to teams.

No worries. As a community we are trying to complete in total 400 matches (100 of each difficulty). This is a combined effort a goal we are trying to reach together for some fun.

I'm far too lazy to go making colourful formatted posts, or take screenshots. However, if any teams on PS3 require players when I'm on, I'll happily help out. I'm not making any formal promises on times or anything, I will, however, open up the AHF on that day, so I will be able to be found there then. I also have a circle of competent friends who can help flesh out spots as well, we're usually happy for themed matches.

 

I play any and all difficulties, and my wife (who also uses my account) plays bronze and silver (she's better than most gold pugs, but she is lacking in confidence, I try not to push her too much, I'm just happy that she plays).
