Assassin and Champion.
Most of them. But I miss Berserker, and I'd like to see a true Arcane Warrior return, not the Knight-Enchanter (or both). Duelist was cool too, and Tempest. Shapeshifter could be cool if revamped.

Berserker always felt like Reavers but without the cool factor of blood magic to me. To each their own I guess.
DAO Shapeshifer was bad. So very, very, very bad. But if DA 4 did something to fix its mechanics I'll be incredibly impressed.

I actually liked it for that reason, partly. It was good for role-playing since not every character would want to do something like drink dragon's blood. I also liked it because at the time, sending myself into a willing frenzy was something I could very much relate too. Plus, so much damage on a dual-dagger warrior was awesome.
And Shapeshifter, well, I said revamped ![]()
None, I want all new specialisation especially for mages.
I hope the assassin specialisation remains for the next game (especially with the hidden blades ability) because this is usually my go to class.
I would also like the 'spirit healer' to make a return as well. The potion system was okay for healing in Inquisition but I would prefer a mage specialising in healing spells/abilities. I'd rather cast a revive spell than manually going over to a companion and revive them (but maybe that's just me being lazy
).
I just want them to have all of the abilities they had in DAO and DA2 and for them to actually live up to their name. There's one raise dead spell in the necromancer tree and it's a half assed passive.
To actually answer the OP, Force Mage.
I assume if we're in Tevinter I would hope Blood Magic is back.
Definitely artificer with some nifty new toys!
Otherwise I'd like to see some new ones. We pretty much always get the same ones over and over. Templar, Reaver, Assassin... Inquisition had some nice new ones, though I preferred DA2's Force Mage to this games Rift Mage.
As for specializations for companions, I hope they go back to personal ones like in DA2.
I honestly wanna see new specializations all around, since Warriors in DAI had none at all
But I could see Blood Mage coming back
To actually answer the OP, Force Mage.
I do want to see that class revamped because it has a lot of potential
Nug Wrangler, if they can keep it from being too OP.
I would like to see blood mage, as a choose-able school for all mages for....reasons.
Knight Enchanter
Assassin
Force Mage, Ranger, Bard, Beserker.
And if they keep the base trees as skimpy as in DAI then have more than 3 specs for each class.
Assassin has been my go-to in all 3 games so I definitely want that one back. Tempest was also pretty great, it made Sera one of my favorite companions to take along. Rift mage for mages. I found Knight-Enchanter kind of boring, and Necromancer feels like it shouldn't be a specialization (entropy school like in past games). News specs would be nice for warriors.
Knight-Enchanter (or some Tevinter variant)
Tempest
Reaver
Champion
Force Mage
Artificier
(in order of importance).
Mage:
Force Mage
Warrior:
Beserker
:/ I would say Templar which I like but Tevinter Templars from what is said doesn't act in the same manner as Chantry Templars.
Rogue:
Infiltrator from Talis
always wanted that for my rogue especially the anti-magic bits.
Marksmen altered from Varric keeping the attack speed increases.
Dragon Age 4
Green light from EA if it has not already happened, jumping between forums forgive me.
Warrior:
Champion
Templar
Reaver
New Spec (maybe gladiator or make duelist a warrior spec)
Rogue:
Artificer
Assassin
Ranger
Tempest
Mage:
Blood Mage
Necromancer
Arcane Warrior
Keeper (maybe add a shapeshifting ability or two)
Force magic should just be a base mage ability tree.
