I want to make her a melee build, and a super grenade damage build, while still being able to play with out grenades or melee incase I face a praetorian and I run out of nades. But there just arnt enough points to do them all!
What do I do?

Current build, but I want rank 4 passives to reduce weight so I can have a better weapon. But I have to sacrifice melee or grenades :/

Melee is actually really powerful. You can OHK phantoms on Gold.
If you want my preferred build, it's a combo of grenade and weapon damage. Best sticky grenade damage in the game if you use the Executioner (technically a scoped Javelin but I'm not good enough to land stickies with it). The better gun for her all around is the Crusader if you apply the delay fix, but it's still amazing on her as is. Incendiary ammo is great for applying fire when the sticky hits someone, and then the sticky detonates the fire explosion when it goes off. She DESTROYS Reapers and Collectors.
EDIT: I take bonus power so I can cloak->sabotage->SG->boom so the sticky and sabotage get the cloak bonus, and then unload with the weapon. You can achieve the same thing by splitting cloak and fitness 4 and 4, and doing cloak->SG->sabotage->boom, but the timing is very strict if you want backfire to get the bonus (if at all). You get a total of 100 health and 240 shields by putting 4 points in fitness, not enough for me to care, so I go with easy destruction mode.

I like your build (although I go for exploding hack and all melee evos + Cyclonic usually) and the Disciple is fine for a melee-focused character. That said, the way you should be using Cloak / Sab / Melee, cooldowns will be relatively unaffected by weight, which means you can happily get away with a very big boomstick like the Claymore, Crusader or Venom. GPS is fun too. She has the most powerful melee in the entire game, so I wouldn't compromise that side of her build, even though I did until fairly recently. I used to use her as a Widow Sniper, but there is much much more fun to be had with her karate chop, or whatever you would call it.

Hybrid melee/ grenades you say?
I've been using This recently, and I've come to the conclusion that the 55645 is my favourite melee build on her. Cryo rounds and shotgun omniblade give you good CC and enough melee damage to OHK pretty much anything that isn't an armored boss, respectively. Reegar and 5 ranks in grenades with the 50% (multiplicative) armor damage boost let you shred boring armored bullet sponges in seconds so you can get back to ripping heads off, plus its a lore friendly way to use the Reegar without feeling terrible about it. Locust is there so you have something to do during hacks/escorts etc. I've never found need of grenade gear as 2+ a couple bursts from Reegar will demolish just about anything, but you could always switch Berserker for Shock trooper or capacity gear at the expense of a couple hundred points of melee damage. Oh, and Claymoar or Raider works just as well if you don't want to be seen in a pug using the Reegar.
If you want an alternative that makes more use of grenade combos but still lets you smack the shіt out of pretty much any humanoid, This slight modification of the above is fun too. Due to stunner, you still get nearly 5000 damage out of the melee, meaning gold humanoids (phantoms included) will still be killed in one go. Since you are stacking both equipment and attachment power amps, your grenades do 6000+ damage to armour each, and that's before the inevitably following fire explosion and backhand to the face deliver another 6000+ due to sabotage.
Due to powerful weapons, both of these builds will still enable you to curry in a reasonable time if your pugs aren't up to the task. I wouldn't use something like the Disciple unless you are very confident in your team or don't mind 45 minute long games. Frago that, I wouldn't use a Disciple on a melee infiltrator at all because taccloak lolcooldown. If you feel you need stagger/CC (and you probably will if you don't run an AM3 on her), Graal, GPS or Venom are all far better choices.

I think the OP's build is just fine, you just need to drop the Disciple, which makes no sense on the build. Swap that Disciple out for a Crusader, Venom, GPS, or Graal, and you've got yourself a fine build. No need to worry about adding piercing, and your Sticky Grenades will do a lot better armor damage too. Crusader is probably best - you will get some piercing with it, and Sabotage helps a lot by stunning enemies when you're trying to deal with the firing delay.

i like your build, so I'm going to go with that, then I can change it up with different weapons and try such gems as venom or wraith or talon

I like running her as a gunslinger with the Sabotage + Executioner for cheap headshots, and also Sticky nades to wreck armor. I also carry a side Hurricane, in case I get too lazy to snipe.

I did say it was scrubby, and I don't exclusively use Sniper Rifles with the kit
Wraith/Scorpion is also a favorite loadout

This game is dead. No way it lasts another month let alone a year. Taken King has pulled all the good players away.
Halo5 will pull the rest.
