I am planning a trip to SE Asia (The Philippines) for a few months and would like to play DAI while I am there.
If I buy a PC while I am there, can I use my Origins account and saved games on Origins to pick up right where I left off here in the U.S.?
Likely, but thats something you should probably ask EA about directly. Also, make sure you are syncing your saves to the Origin Cloud.
Origin does not seem to be that restrictive with the region-locks in fact (unlike steam). Many players have 'foreign' game versions with no troubles at all.
I think it should work fine. That's if you're playing on PC already, from what I know it's impossible to sync the console saves with the PC game.
