I keep getting all these upgrades for an SMG, but I can't find one. Any where specific I should go? I've played for 13 hours, and i've recruited all my team. Ive explored a couple planets with anomalies etc.
Any hints?

I believe I got it in either Mordin's loyalty quest or Tali's recruitment quest.

There are two that become available when you reach a certain level of iridium stock (or so I think, I don't recall looting the upgrade). I could not unlock them until I looted one SMG upgrade, which I did on Miranda's personal quest.

Yeah, I believe you get the Tempest during Tali's recruitment quest.
