I pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 from GameStop. I went and got it during my local branch's midnight release and rushed home to play it. Not until now, days later, have I realized that I've missed out on the Terminus Armor and Blackstorm gun I should have recieved. What should I do? What have I done wrong? A little guidance/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that those two items are only attainable by getting a piece of paper with the game that has a code on it. The paper wasn't in the game itself you had to get it from an employee, the fact that you didn't get one is probably just employee stupidity.

You have to contact EA tech support to reclaim a new code to use.

IF you did not receive the code from the retailer, you should start with the retailer. They are not codes that come in the normal packaging, they are meant to be handed to you in addition to the game when you pick up your preorder. For instance my local gamestop keeps them in a certain place, when i show them my preorder receipt, they go grab one of the codes, grab the game, and hand me both. If your retailer did not provide you this code, I doubt EA will do much if you have yet to contact the retailer.

Actually Thor I contacted the retailer first and they never sent me my code that I was supposed to get via e-mail. If you go into the EA live chat a representative can generate a new code for you to use.
Also, the codes are created by EA not the retailer. They may be printed on a sheet of paper, but EA is the one that provides that sheet of paper.
