I have a small issue

I did already updated the DA keep with the characters that i wanted,i'm only ask this to know if it is possible to eliminate characters from the old social network platform,since i deleted all the screenshot as well as the characters but they continue to show up,even if they are old of some years.

no sadly they are old characters from years ago ,that  continue to remain in the profile,even if in the storage all files related to them were deleted..
