It's been a month, and my order has still not shipped. I have left numerous phone messages, logged a ticket, and still nothing. The ticket has not even been assigned yet. Yet, they sure charged my card immediately.
I don't know what else to do to find out what is going on with my order. I see other posts with the same problem. Does anyone know how to get a response from this store?
I would appreciate any help.
