Bioware Store Order: Not shipped, no response from Customer Service

It's been a month, and my order has still not shipped.  I have left numerous phone messages, logged a ticket, and still nothing.  The ticket has not even been assigned yet.  Yet, they sure charged my card immediately.

 

I don't know what else to do to find out what is going on with my order.  I see other posts with the same problem.  Does anyone know how to get a response from this store? 

 

I would appreciate any help.

Same. By Nov 1st I'm putting in a claim with Better Business, as no one has responded to any of my tickets

That is what I will do as well.  I would rather have my lithographs, but I don't believe asking for at least contact after weeks of trying to reach someone is unfair.  This level of terrible customer service is just so unnecessary. I wish you luck with your order, too.
