I don't really care about AC anymore, I gave up after AC3. Something major happens at the end of the game, then it ends on a cliff hanger. Bioware finished Shepard's story in three games, Ubisoft have been dragging on their story outside of the animus for like 6 games.

Can't it be both? Given the relative rarity of trans people and the number of people you interact with in a game odds are they are put in for inclusiveness. That does not stop them from doing a decent job writing them into the story, so they make sense in the context of the story.

Hard to say, I have not played Syndicate (dont think I will bother with it) so I don't know how this character is portrayed in the game but generally you can tell if the character is in the game for the mere sake of inclusiveness and don't really fit with the setting, Krem for instance.

Bioware should probably be looking more at MGSV: TPP ( I haven't played the witcher 3 yet so can't comment on that) if they want improve upon what they started.

Here was a game whose open world systems meshed and reacted to what the player did, something I felt Bioware wanted to achieve when they were talking about how would  be able to effectively make a species of animal near extinct in an area or reduce an enemy presence by hitting their camps, not unlike preventing enemy outposts calling for back up by destroying their comms gear.

Real effect on DAI's world came from the  quests rather than actually messing about in the world even the amount of demons in a map seem determined by this rather than how rifts I would close. I get the feeling Bioware wanted implement some of the things MGSV did  but lets face they  probably didn't have the budget or time Kojima had  The game's open world parts especially the early hinterlands would maybe have felt less MMO like

He's the best thing about Destiny, which admittedly doesn't say much, but he's still good nonetheless. I kinda wish we could get a PC voiced by him. I'd definitely go with a male PC first if we did.

He's in Destiny??? Gah, my list of potential birthday gifts keeps expanding because of the man. Halo 5, Castle S7, now potentially Destiny? I need to stop geeking.

To me mgs5 is a little overrated but it did infiltration really well and player agency was cool too, so if i was BW i would definitely get inspired.

Also witcher 3 is awesome, one of the best games this decade.

He is the best.

But on a serious note (and one that is off topic for this thread) one thing that BioWare can gleam from Halo 5 and 343 is to NOT limit their games' features for the sake of the almighty FPS. I am getting really sick and tired of games going backwards and abandoning gameplay mechanics or cool features for the sake of shinier graphics or a higher framerate. Halo without split-screen is not Halo (IMO).

I would much rather play a game with sub par graphics but fun gameplay and a variety of mechanics than to play a photo-realistic simulator with limited features.

This 'FPS/Graphics > anything else' mentality sucks, and I hope that those who live by that mantra get bosses that actually put gameplay features and mechanics ahead of that.
