So please tell me... That the Warden and Hawke were eventually reunited with their love interest at some point. I'd feel very sad if Kieran didn't get to see his awesome Dad Aeducan again. I hope he got to meet his half brother at some point.

Morrigan does say that she's waiting for the Warden to return. As for Hawke, don't know, haven't gotten to Trespasser yet.

If not left in the Fade, Hawke returns to Kirkwall in the Trespasser epilogue slides, so it's likely that they reunite with their LI there. No word on Wardens who are romancing Alistair or Morrigan. (Zevran was with the Warden on their journey, so they weren't separated in the first place.)

He was? Because a number of war table missions have him running about doing assassinations for the Inquisition.

We should all keep in mind that the epilogues usually turn out to be garbage. Leliana supposedly reunites with the Hero if they were in a romance, and yet Leliana is in the ending scene of Trespasser indicating that she will be helping to stop Solas.

I doubt they thought too much on the implications regarding character's arc, just piled everyone in one heap to be done with.

If Sebastian ever found out he'd try to lay siege to the place again. That is if Justice didn't drive him nuts.

At this point I'm going to do what I did with BtVS, if it isn't directly in a game/book etc, taking it as hyperbole since at this point it's probably still subject to whims of the writers.

Can't it be both? The Epilogues don't give any specific timelines. Leliana could spend time with The Warden in the time between Trespasser and DA4 events.

DA:O My male warden love is Leliana-the only shem he has ever trusted. They leave after the victory whoop de do at the castle and a night of drinking with Shianni to travel the world. 

 

My female warden romances Alistair but,not as serious as Alistair thinks since she's still reeling from a failed wedding.. Little does he known she will dump him on Anora's lap and leave with here BFF Leliana.

The only LI's I remember mentioned in-game is the warden's ending with Leliana, in the Trespasser epilogue and Zevran in the main DAI game based on the fact you don't get him interrupting any war table missions if warden romanced him, implies he's still with her/him rather then waging his one-man war against the crows. No idea what happens with any of the others.

Since Leliana's slide has her reuniting with the HoF, I'm going to assume the Warden and his/her loved ones all reunite at some point, except for Zev and HoF who were traveling together.  I never romanced him so I always get the missions on the wartable.  They're actually pretty cool and I could just hear his voice when I read the text of his missives!

 

My canon game has Stroud as the warden, so he gets left and my Hawke can go back to Kirkwall.  Since she describes an open relationship with Issa, I'm okay with that as canon for that romance, it fits Kit and Issa so well.  So I imagine whenever not helping Varric with the city, she and Isabela are having fun doing piratey things or getting sloshed at the Hanged Man when Issa and Kit aren't having fun on the high seas.

Let's just say that it's as 'happy' as the ending can possibly be when it comes to Anders.

This romance arc had never been about roses&unicorns, and riding into sunset is not included. I don't see how could he possibly return, and Anders!Hawke returning to Kirkwall seems as unlikely to me, for obvious reasons. Still, the slider phrase is vague  enough to have some room for interpretation. Hawke could provide Varric with some resources (like the Bonepit), or direct some good people his way. Probably the Champion had stumbled upon the group of miners which also happen to be divers? Who knows.

HoF in my Canon is still with Morrigan though I think they had a "stabity" disagreement at some point. But given M's dialogues in dai all is good now I think.

Hawke is countess or viscountess of whatever now with Sebastian. Will be be an interesting dynamic between her, Seb and Varric in Kirkwall.

Inky in the end was not thrilled with any of the freaks ahem "companions" you get in inquisition.

Anders looks like a hobo with tattered clothes and a crazy beard, was living in a cave, and had lost his right arm from the elbow down. Obviously it wasn't in the game and isn't canon, but it gives some insight into what they were thinking about doing with Anders.

My Warden's have Morrigan and Leliana. After Trespasser I imagine they return from their mission (whether cured or just on going). Aedan rejoins with Morrigan and Kieran while Cassius reunites with Divine Leliana and steps in as Warden-Commander of Orlais as Stroud is dead in mine.

 

Then Aedan and Cassius join with my Inquisitor in their Inquisition Underground (what I call the Disbanded Inquisition) to find and stop Solas (her love interest). So family wise the two are laying low in Orlais right now, enjoying a few quiet years till the next game.

 

Hawke seemed so tired in Inquisition so she goes back to Kirkwall to be with Merrill and hopefully also enjoys some quiet years helping Varric run the city.

 

For now, everything is calm.

My Amell and Zevran are off together trying to find a cure for the Calling (letter from the HOF) and Hawke is back in Kirkwall with Varric, and most likely reunited with Fenris since Varric said he was there too.

I'm glad Hawke didn't drag Fenris along in DAI, though. I can't imagine red lyrium would be good for those markings. O___O

OMG what if we see him in the next game? He's in the new book coming out and we know the books hint at the next game's characters. My poor Fenris if that happens...
