I've always thought that Matt Czuchry, who plays Cary Agos in The Good Wife, would make a good Cullen. Maybe a little young looking, but he is mid 30s.

Edit: Ok, maybe he doesn't look a lot like Cullen but I think as an actor he'd do a great job.
