Anyone know whether your basic running speed is variable? It may be my imagination, but ever since I took the Tempest spec, it feels like I'm moving much faster.
Got me wondering whether encumbrance, class etc also has an affect?

There are some effects that increase movement speed, but typically when in some required state, like Stealth (FT leathers), or while firing a bow (Strafing Shots). I don't believe there is anything special about Tempest that increases speed, other than the obvious Flask of Fire, but maybe you picked up some new gear at the same time?
