So... basically his lovers' have the tops of their heads bitten off for not having horns, and their brains burst out with white stuff that covers them, because The Iron Bull's white stuff has replaced the blood throughout their bodies... And then what's left of their minds goes crazy from the mindf**kery, that they get hungry and happily eat what's left.
