I have gotten past the point where I obtain the focus abilities, but not all of my party members have that category. I know that Cole and Dorian are supposed to have their own categories (assassin and necromancy) but they aren't appearing. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sometimes character specs don't trigger til you take them out on quest post Skyhold. Just hop to a camp with them and it should trigger.
