VideoPad puts it into .flv when editing. Only downfall of it in my opinion.Why are you converting from FLV? You do know that OBS can record directly into H.264 MP4, right?

Wow... that's fun. I'm sorry... 
Yeah I would recommend Premiere Pro... but CS6 is ludicrously expensive and CC is a scam (in my opinion), so... Everything has it's downside, I guess?
