For pre-order stuff,you have to
A.Input the codes to activate them.
B.Download them.
C.make sure they are all checked on.
There is a pretty blatant downloadable content button so its not hard to fine.
Oh! In reguard to all the codes,they are case sensitive.
Where is the quest for Shale in game? WTF blood armor....
